Please send an email using the form below and be sure to include the requested information to receive an approximate quote. A final quote will be sent after discussing your furrier family members dietary and daily care needs.
Absolutely! Detailed updates including pictures and travel progress will be sent to you throughout the journey. You can choose the frequency and method of communication as part of our final quoting process.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing your contract with final payment due at time of pickup.
If we are able to accommodate your new dates, your deposit will remain intact and a new contract with the new dates will be sent for your signature.
If a pickup or delivery location change is necessary, it could result in additional fees depending on the new locations. A new contract will be negotiated and signed detailing the changes. The original contract amount, including the deposit, will not be lowered under any circumstances.
If we are unable to accommodate your date or location changes and your request is made 7 or more days before the agreed pickup date, your full deposit will be refunded.
The full deposit will be forfeited if your date or location changes are requested within 6 or fewer days of the scheduled pickup date and we are unable to accommodate them for any reason.

If you are cancelling 7 or more days before the agreed pickup date, your full deposit will be refunded.
Cancelling within 6 or fewer days of the scheduled pickup will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to be on time to pick up your furrier family member. However things do sometimes happen that are outside our control.
In the event we have to change our pickup date and you are able to accommodate the changes, your security deposit will remain intact and a new contract will be sent with the date changes.
If you are unable to accommodate the changes and/or your reservation is cancelled by The Furrier Courier, you will receive a full refund of your security deposit.
We always strive to provide top notch professional services and deliver your furrier family member on time. However things do sometimes happen during transit that may delay delivery.
The Furrier Courier is not responsible for circumstances that are outside our control including, but not limited to, road construction or closures, weather related delays, or mechanical issues. Refunds will not be given. We will do everything in our power to deliver your furrier family member as quickly and safely as possible considering the issue at hand.
